Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. For that reason, we request that you please contact us immediately if something is not up to your expectations. Together, we will find a solution for your concerns, whether it is through producing the product anew or in the form of some compensation.

To contact us, please send an e-mail to within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please use the subject line: “Satisfaction Guarantee” and include your order number as well as an exact description of the problem. Please include at least two photos that clearly document the issue so that we can make a qualified assessment.

Please check your delivery in the presence of the delivery person. If you find damages, you should refuse the delivery. Then contact our customer service right away so that they can get a replacement made right away. For fast processing it is very helpful to e-mail photos documenting the damage to our customer service team.

In the event that you have already accepted the order before spotting damage(s), please contact our customer service right away. Please keep the original packaging in case the goods need to be shipped back.

Note: Please note that,  a returned item must be in the same condition in which it was received. This means that new items must be returned in the exact condition in which you received it from us (including the original packaging). The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We are not able to offer refunds in the following cases:

  1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  3. Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.



Shipping costs are not included in our prices, but will be charged separately.

Art-secure packaging: Your photo is checked by hand, given a protective cover and placed in art-secure packaging.

Returned Mail: If a package has returned  because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact you for the correct address, and you will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.

All shipping charges are not-refundable.




Starting from the moment of receiving your payment, the estimated delivery time is between 10 to 15 working days.

Certificat will be numbered and signed by the artist and shipped to your address separately.


According to § 312g para. 2 sentence 1 No. 1 BGB (German Civil Code), there is no right of withdrawal on the purchased work of art.
